Delivery times explained

Delivery on Vexloot is not one-size-fits-all — the time from payment to receipt depends on the product type and, for hand-delivered goods, how it is fulfilled. Vexloot is the seller on every order, so you are always dealing directly with us.

Instant deliveries

Gift cards, digital top-ups and pre-staged account credentials typically arrive within minutes. The inventory is already loaded; once payment confirms, we release the payload to your order inbox and mark the order as delivered.

Currency and item deliveries

In-game currency and items usually require us to log in and hand the goods over inside the game. Windows range from a few minutes to a few hours depending on the game. The product page quotes an estimated window, and we commit to it when your order starts processing.

What counts as “delivered”

An order is delivered when we record evidence — an inventory-code reveal or an in-game confirmation. You then have the delivery window plus a review period to confirm or raise an issue. If neither happens by the auto-confirm timer, the order confirms automatically.

Late deliveries

If we miss the quoted window, the order pipeline flags the delay and you see a live alert. You can request a refund rather than wait.
