Terms of service

1. About Vexloot

Vexloot operates vexloot.com, a marketplace for digital gaming goods including in-game currency, items, top-ups, gift cards, accounts and boosting services. In these terms, "Vexloot", "we" and "our" refer to the operator identified on our imprint page. "You" refers to any visitor or account holder.

By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Marketplace nature (two-seller model)

Vexloot lists offers from two sellers today — the owner-operator and one partner. Every offer is fulfilled by one of these sellers; there is no third-party seller onboarding. This may evolve into a wider marketplace over time and every product carries a seller_id from day one to support that.

3. Buyer obligations

You confirm that (a) you are old enough to buy the good you are purchasing — 13+ for the general marketplace, 18+ for account listings; (b) you are not on any sanctions list Vexloot is required to screen against; (c) the payment method you use belongs to you; (d) you will not resell purchased goods in a way that violates the game publisher's terms of service.

4. Digital delivery and withdrawal waiver

Digital goods sold on Vexloot deliver immediately after payment confirmation. In line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m), you expressly consent at checkout to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for that specific order. This waiver is confirmed by a dedicated checkbox and recorded in your receipt.

5. Prohibited use

  • Fraudulent chargebacks after successful delivery.
  • Using stolen or otherwise unauthorised payment methods.
  • Attempting to access accounts, orders or messages that are not yours.
  • Scraping, load-testing or otherwise abusing the platform's infrastructure.
  • Reselling account credentials to third parties within a short window of purchase.

Breaches may result in order revocation, account suspension, or referral to law-enforcement bodies where appropriate.

6. Dispute resolution

Before initiating any card-scheme chargeback or external claim, buyers must open a dispute through the on-platform flow. Our team acknowledges disputes within 24 hours and follows one of four published playbooks. See our refunds and disputes guide and our refund policy for the full mechanics.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vexloot's aggregate liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Vexloot is not liable for consequential losses, including loss of in-game progress, cosmetic items or account cosmetics beyond the goods contained in the order itself.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal process falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Algiers, without prejudice to any consumer-protection rights you enjoy in your country of residence.
