Age verification

1. Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Vexloot account. This mirrors the minimum digital-consent age across most of our operating markets and the age requirement of the game publishers whose ecosystems we service.

2. 18+ categories

Certain categories require you to be at least 18 years old:

• Account listings — buying and selling of full game accounts. Publishers routinely prohibit account transfer to minors, and account listings can bundle mature-rated titles into a single sale.
• Boosting for mature-rated games — services attached to titles that are ESRB-rated M / PEGI 18 / equivalent.

The storefront gates these categories with a checkout-time confirmation. Attempting to complete an 18+ purchase without a date of birth on file will prompt you to add one before payment continues.

3. How verification works

We use a self-declared date of birth as the baseline, cross-checked against the account creation date, IP-region signals and, for high-value orders, a light identity check via our sanctions / fraud vendor. We do not perform full KYC on buyers — the check is proportionate to the risk of the transaction.

4. UK Online Safety Act

Where the Online Safety Act (UK) or a comparable national regime requires stricter age assurance for a specific category, we aim to plug in a licensed third-party age-assurance provider before that category opens to residents of that jurisdiction. If a category is unavailable in your country because the required provider is not yet in place, the storefront will tell you at the point of purchase.

5. Under-13 accounts

We do not knowingly accept sign-ups from anyone under 13. If we learn a Vexloot account belongs to a child under that age, we delete the account and any associated personal data. If you believe a child under 13 has provided data to us, contact [email protected].
