2. Notice-and-action (DSA Article 16)
If you believe a listing, review, message or other user-generated item on Vexloot is illegal under Union or national law, please submit a notice using the form below or by email. We aim to acknowledge every notice within 48 hours and to act on well-substantiated notices without undue delay.
Your notice should include:
- A sufficiently precise explanation of why you consider the content to be illegal.
- A clear indication of the exact URL(s) of the content in question.
- Your name and email (unless the alleged illegality relates to offences involving sexual abuse or exploitation of children).
- A statement confirming your good-faith belief that the information provided is accurate and complete.
Send notices to [email protected]. False, malicious or misleading notices may be rejected and repeat abuse may lead to blocking of the notifier's email or account.
3. Right to appeal
If you were affected by a content-moderation decision we took — for instance a listing removal, account suspension or ranking demotion — you have the right to appeal that decision. Use the "Appeal decision" link in the notification you received, or email [email protected] within six months of the decision. Appeals are handled by a person who was not involved in the original decision.
4. Transparency
We aim to publish an annual DSA transparency report summarising the number and outcome of notices we received, moderation actions we took, and appeals we handled. The first report will cover the first full calendar year of operations.
